Sasha Hayles
I am Sasha Hayles, the Company Director for Last Minute Childcare and I worked for 12 years as a nanny before setting up LMC. I have 2 children of my own and also used to run 2 Baby and Toddler Groups in Cobham and Oxshott for 4 years while my children were young. I recruit nannies, liaise with clients and manage the business, aiming to deliver a personal service from start to finish, providing as much advice and help as I can along the way.
With my experience both as a Nanny and a mother I understand both parents and nannies needs.
My working hours are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm but I understand that normal office hours aren't always the best time to make calls, especially if you're working or have little ones, so I endeavour to work with whatever time suits you best. Obviously if you need emergency childcare, or require a last minute booking, please call or text whenever you need to and I will respond asap. I am based in Cobham and cover all areas within the borough of Elmbridge plus surrounding areas including Surbiton, Kingston, Hampton, Teddington, Guildford, Leatherhead, Ascot and Egham.

My aim is for happy children and happy parents. My goal is to find outstanding nannies and carers who children love spending time with, which means that you can have complete peace of mind knowing that your child is happy when you're not there. If family aren't available to help you I want Last Minute Childcare to be the next best thing.

We recruit positive, fun, professional, confident individuals who have the skills to instantly bond with children and are passionate about what they do.
